These third-party developers and LLM providers may receive details about your interactions with bots on MOONSTONE (including the contents of your chats, etc.) to provide responses and generally improve their services. There is no need to share sensitive personal information with the MOONSTONE (such as credit card information, social security information, etc.). 7. Intellectual Property
The App and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or Services, in whole or in part.
8. Subscription Plans
Moonstone Tarot offers ONE subscription PLAN:*
**Moonstone CLEAR QUARTZ:**
This plan allows you to send 20 messages to the app per DAY. Prices may vary based on annual and monthly plan, as well as region. Prices are subject to change.
All subscription plans are billed monthly OR YEARLY DEPENDING ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TYPE and WILL automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the App and Services until the end of your current billing period.
**Changes to Subscription Plans**
Moonstone Tarot reserves the right to change the subscription plans at any time. If Moonstone Tarot changes the subscription plans, you will be notified of the changes and you will have the option to continue your subscription under the new terms or to cancel your subscription.
**Refunds**
No refunds are given for subscription plans. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any unused time.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moonstone Tarot regarding the App and Services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Notices

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us with respect to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Service is operated and managed by us in the United Kingdom and is intended for users in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and potentially later on worldwide. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
27. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
